Paracas and Huacachina Exclusive Sunset Picnic Tour

What you’ll do

We will start by making accommodation pick-ups at any location inside these districts: 1. San Isidro - 4:20AM 2. Miraflores - 4:30AM 3. Barranco - 4:50AM

If you're located outside of our pick-up districts, we will pick you up at 5:00 AM at Starbucks Barranco - Pedro De Osma 102, Barranco.

IMPORTANT: We will add all participants to a whatsapp group the previous night by 19:00 Peruvian time. We share exact pick times according to your location, tips and recommendations.

From Lima, we travel 3 hours to Paracas to visit The Ballestas Islands on a 2 hour boat tour and see Sea Lions, Penguins and Birds and the Chandelier!

Please Note: The tour is conducted on a shared basis, even if the experience is booked as private. In this case, only this activity is shared; the rest of the service is carried out privately.

Before the boat trip, we will have time to have breakfast.

Breakfast: 8:30am to 9:00am Ballestas Islands: 9:30 am to 11:30 am

We'll stop at the most exclusive Vineyard, La Caravedo, where you'll have the opportunity to participate in a unique tasting experience as you sample the very best pisco that Peru has to offer (participation optional).

While at the vineyard, we'll enjoy an authentic Peruvian lunch, that's included in your package (vegetarian options available).

2 hours experience 1 hour Transportation

Visit "Huacachina",the Oasis hidden within towering sand dunes, have some free time to explore at your leisure.

Huacachina Free Time: 40 minutes

Feel the adrenaline as we zoom through the slopes on a 2 HOUR Dune Buggy Tour that includes sandboarding (on your tummy)

Please Note: A driver will operate the vehicle for safety reasons, both in private and shared services

As the sun begins to set, we'll take you to the perfect spot on the dunes to relax and view the sunset with a magical Picnic. Take a moment to enjoy on this incredible day with new friends and life-long memories.

Once your activity is done in Huacachina, you can have some food to go if needed. we'll take the bus back to Lima and drop you off at your accommodation. You will return to Lima around 11:00 p.m.

If you're located outside of our drop-off districts, we'll drop you off at Starbucks Barranco.

Good to know

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• All passengers must carry their physical passport throughout the trip. It is required for highway inspections, tax exemption, and boarding the bus. In case of an accident requiring medical attention, they will only be treated if they present their physical passport. Otherwise, they will NOT be attended to.
• Before the tour, all participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing and sign a safety and responsibility form.
• If you want to do stand-up sandboarding, you must do so on your own with another operator and cannot rejoin our group. In that case, you will forfeit the buggy, sandboarding, and picnic, without a refund.
• Children under 3 years old do not pay for the tour; however, parents must cover any additional expenses (entrance fees, snacks, or extra activities).
• For the buggy tour, children under 3 years old must travel in a private service, pay for a seat, and use a safety carrier.
• Children over 3 years old will have a seat available; however, parents should be aware that the buggy operates at high speed due to the nature of the activity.
• Parents must sign a consent form for minors to participate in the buggy tour.
• Passengers weighing more than 100 kg must pay USD 10 for an additional seat. This applies to the Huacachina buggies and the boat tour to the Ballestas Islands. In the case of the bus, an additional seat will be assigned at a cost of USD 25.
