Bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once we issue a confirmation or booking reference. Prices and cancellation terms vary by service, date and booking channel.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payment may be taken by Uncle Sam Tours, by Bókun or by another third-party provider. Refund conditions depend on the service and the booking channel. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes by you

Changes depend on availability and the booking conditions, and may affect the price or the meeting time.

Changes or cancellation by us

We may change or cancel a service for reasons such as venue closures, weather or transport disruption. We will offer remedies such as rescheduling or a refund.

Meeting point and late arrival

Please arrive on time at the meeting point. Guests who arrive late may not be able to join and may be treated as no-shows.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information.
• Follow the instructions of our staff and the rules of each venue.
• Meet any age and ID requirements.
• Behave respectfully towards others.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the minors in their group.

Accessibility

Please tell us about any special requirements before you book. Access depends on third-party venues.

Third-party attractions

Admission follows each attraction’s own rules and may change without notice.

Guides

Guide assignments may change. A change of guide on its own does not count as a cancellation.

WhatsApp and communications

We may use WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders and support. We send marketing messages only with your consent.

AI-assisted support

We may use AI to help with enquiries and suggested replies. Our staff may review them.

Third-party booking platforms

If you book through a third-party platform, that platform’s terms may also apply. Conditions specific to a booking take precedence over these general terms, subject to your consumer rights.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to or is licensed to Uncle Sam Tours and may not be reused without our permission.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact support@unclesam.tours and include your booking number.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

Where mandatory consumer-protection rights differ from these terms, those rights prevail.
