Refund & Cancellation Policy

By booking with Uncle Sam Tours, you agree to the terms below.

1. Standard cancellation

You receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour’s start time. Cancellations made later than that are not refundable.

2. The 24-hour rule

The 24-hour cut-off is strictly enforced, with no exceptions, even if you cancel only a minute late. Deadlines are counted in the local time at the tour’s starting location.

3. Changes and rescheduling

Requests to change the date or time must also be made at least 24 hours before the original start. Later requests are treated as last-minute cancellations.

4. Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, it usually takes 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. If we cancel

If Uncle Sam Tours cancels a tour because of extreme weather, safety concerns or too few travellers, we will offer you a new date or a full refund. The 24-hour rule does not apply in this case.
