What is the average group size for your tours?
Group sizes vary by experience. We typically host between 6 and 20 guests per guide, which keeps the tour personal while staying affordable. Semi-private and private options are available too.
What is your cancellation policy?
Most tours offer a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time. Last-minute cancellations are not refunded. Each tour page shows its exact policy before you book.
What is included in a tour?
Our tours include entrance tickets, reservation fees and a professional English-speaking guide. There are no hidden fees — each tour page lists exactly what's included.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least two weeks before your trip. Popular tours such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre sell out quickly in high season.
Do you offer private tours for families?
Yes. Private tours are ideal for families with children — you set the pace and the focus. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange one.
Are your guides licensed?
Yes. Our guides hold official professional cards and are authorised to lead groups inside all major monuments and museums.
Are these walking tours or bus tours?
Most of our experiences are walking tours that meet at the monument, so you see the details up close and don't lose time in traffic.
Is a tour suitable for seniors or with a stroller?
Yes. Tours go at a comfortable pace and most routes are stroller friendly, though some sites have stairs. Check the “Good to know” section of each tour, or ask us about a private tour with less walking.
